SeoulBox Terms and Conditions

Delivery Terms

SeoulBox is dispatched within 1 week after purchase. It takes generally 7 to 12 days to arrive. However, it may take up to 8 weeks depending on custom delays or weather conditions.

Want to send SeoulBox as a gift for your loved ones? Simply place an order and address it to the person you'd like to send the box.

Generally, SeoulBox is not subjected to any custom or handling fees. However if it happens, SeoulBox does not cover any fees. Payment of these additional expenses lies with the customer. In extraordinary circumstances, please contact unbox@seoulbox.co.uk for advice, we are always happy to help.

SeoulBox delivers to everywhere across the globe! No matter where you are, we've got you covered. Each box will be accompanied with a tracking code, which you can view on your order details page.

In the case an item comes damaged or is missing, please let us know at unbox@seoulbox.co.uk and we’d be happy to resolve your request. We request a photo of the damaged item with your submission to expedite a resolution. Validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of the support agent. Any damages to the boxes or the packaging of a product will not qualify for replacement if the content is undamaged. Due to inventory changes, any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your box. Replacement items will be shipped out in the next shipment once confirmed by the support agent. If we do not have the missing item in stock, credit will be applied to your account instead.


Terms and Conditions

Through making a purchase on our platform, you agree to provide an up-to-date, complete and accurate acquisition and account information for all transactions made on our website. All information, including your delivery address, email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates must be updated, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. If these are not updated accurately and results in delivery issues, SeoulBox holds the right to provide no refund. The customer must ensure someone is present to accept and receive placed orders. If they are unable to do so, an alternative address must be presented at the time of order or the respective local postal services must be contacted and notified with a change of delivery address in ample time to ensure the delivery of the SeoulBox is successful. SeoulBox does not take responsibility for delivery issues due to the absence of a receiver being present and holds the right to provide no refund or cover dispatching costs. 

If there are issues in delivering your SeoulBox due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we can only offer the SeoulBox to be redelivered provided the customer cover delivery fees for the redistribution. 

SeoulBox is delivered globally via the courier Korea Post and typically takes approximately 10 - 18 days. However, please note that delivery may take up to 

6 weeks depending on various factors such as location, weather and box type.

Through buying a monthly SeoulBox Subscription, you explicitly recognise and agree that (1) your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, SeoulBox (or our third party payment processor) is authorized to automatically charge your payment method monthly at the subscription rate for your subscription as long as your subscription continues, and (2) your subscription is cyclical and will automatically continue for successive monthly periods until you opt to pause or cancel it.

You may pause/cancel your monthly subscription at any time, by logging into your SeoulBox account or contacting us at unbox@seoulbox.co.uk and following the instructions provided to you in response to your request. The cancellation of a box shipment must be made 1 business day before the next billing date reflected in your Account Settings. If you cancel your subscription less than 1 business day before your next billing date your cancellation will be take effect from the subsequent month and no refund will be provided. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your current subscription term. 

In the event you cancel your monthly subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about SeoulBox, unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.

If you wish to cancel your single box purchase, you must inform us within 24 hours to refund your order. 

You may not post, publish, upload or distribute any Postings which are unlawful or abusive in any way, including, but not limited to, any Postings that are defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, inclusive of hate speech, or would constitute or encourage a criminal offence, infringe the rights of any party, or give rise to liability or violation of any applicable law. We may delete your Postings at any time for any reason without permission from you.
